Summary

  • Partnered with design, product, and engineering teams to create UI copy, including labels, microcopy, tooltips, and error messages for multiple enterprise web and mobile apps
  • Led content design and strategy for a new enterprise-wide AI assistant, defining content standards, NLU patterns, and plain language guidelines adopted across the organization
  • Designed conversational flows and microcopy for multiple chatbots, establishing dialogue frameworks, tone guidelines, and error recovery patterns
  • Championed plain language and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) across product lines, advocating for user-centered content at the systems level
